Artist sign-ups are now open! They’ll remain open until Monday 17th June, at 23.59 BST.

For this event, we are accepting both standard forms of art, and the less traditional - eg moodboards, podfics, crochet, etc (you can see further examples on the pages linked below - if in doubt, drop us a line to ask about your art).

The work must be fully finished (minimum of cleaned-up sketch on unlined paper or equivalent) and posted by the final deadline - 11th August 23.59 BST.

• The form contains a list of all the summaries - to sign-up, you must select three. There are 52 fics listed (9 for RQG, 41 for TMA, 2 for SF), so it may take some time to read through them!
• The order of the summaries is completely randomised - they are unfortunately not sorted by fandom.
• Please do not select Mature or Explicit rated fics if you are under 18. By selecting one of these fics, you state that you are aged 18 or over.
• If there are not three fics there that you are able to create for (eg, there are not enough Stellar Firma fics), please select any other fics and add a note in the comment field explaining - we will do our best to take this into account. 
• The word counts listed for the fics are at this stage a rough estimate - word counts may go up as well as down. 
• The form also contains a DNW box - please list any Do Not Wants here, so that even if we are not able to match you to one of your three requests, we will know not to suggest a match with a fic involving those things - we want this event to be comfortable for everyone involved! 
• While we do not wish for this sign-up to be first-come first-served, if particular fics are oversubscribed to the point where we will have to ask people to redo their sign-ups, we may remove them before the end of the sign-up period.
• You will have the option to also sign-up as a pinch hitter. A pinch hitter is someone who takes over an assignment if someone else has to drop out. If you sign-up as a pinch-hitter, you may at some point receive an email asking if you’re free to take over a project - we will of course still take your DNW into consideration. All you are committing to doing is responding to that email - you may decline to take on any pinch-hits sent.
• There is also an option in the form for taking on multiple fics - if we do not have enough artists, we may need to double-assign some.

After sign-ups close, we will send all artists a confirmation email, which will contain an invite to our optional Discord, where you can chat and discuss your projects with other participants, so keep an eye out for that! If you do not wish to join the discord, that’s fine, but please respond to the email so that we know we have the right address and aren’t ending up in your junk folder! 

If at any point after signing up your circumstances change and you feel you can no longer participate, be sure to let us know as soon as possible so that we can make alternate arrangements. Please also advise us of anything else we’ll need to know, for example, if your email address changes, as that affects how we contact you.
